A new bar is coming to the South of Downtown Abilene District, but as an alternative of liquor, caffeine will be fueling the beverages. 

“We joke about how we are transferring into the SoDA District just to sober everybody that goes to the other sites,” said Lindsey Cotton about creating Moose Mountain Espresso Bar + Roastery in the expanding leisure district. 

Lindsey and spouse, Ben, strategy to switch on the open signal Sept. 1 in the previous dilapidated-building-turned-residence of SoDA District developers Pam and Tim Smith at 817 S. 2nd St.
