Sunflower followers really should have the opportunity all over again this summer to perspective and photograph amazing sunflower shows at Columbia Bottom Conservation Space in North St. Louis County. 

Thanks to common demand from customers, Missouri Section of Conservation team has planted extra sunflower plots all over again this year. 

Amazing sunflower fields have been an once-a-year custom at Columbia Bottom Conservation Space in Spanish Lake. 

MDC employees have been planting sunflowers for many years as section of their administration for mourning doves. The region is recognised for dove hunting every September.

The huge flowers supply seeds that entice the birds, and their lofty stalks create go over for the hunters who pursue them. 

Sunflowers also profit a large assortment of other birds and pollinators. They entice plenty of photographers way too.

MDC work crews have planted further sunflower stands in addition to the standard dove management fields once again this year.
